Our Company

Country Cottage Furnishings  was created out of a pure love for all things woodworking and design. I started building handcrafted rustic style furniture in 2012 for our home, as both a hobby, and out of necessity. We had got our first house together and we both loved the barn wood/ rustic style design look. The problem was, we didn't own any. I decided to build all the furniture myself because this style hadn't become mainstream which made it hard to find and whenever we did find a piece that we both liked   it was ridiculously overpriced. From there, I started building custom pieces for friends and family that visited the house.
